The internationally celebrated VW Touareg is now even more irresistible as the KAMEI Touareg DAKAR with up to 355 hp and 860 Nm torque (V10 TDI), twin-pipe sport muffler, 22" light alloy wheels, In-Seat entertainment, elegant sport optics and lots more.

Striking the right note.

Sporty muffler tips in polished stainless steel - alternatively with two oval tailpipes in Twin-Pipe or double-twin Quad-Pipe version - take care of the DAKAR'S melodious exhaust disposal. The muffler pipe cross-section is enlarged to 70 mm to lend the diesel engine a pleasantly sonorous note.

It's internal values that (also) count

Under the bonnet the engine cover in noble carbon design documents the performance upgrade available for all versions. Illustrated here is the V10 TDI unit with a performance of 355 hp (261 kw) and 860 Nm of torque.

Driving on big feet.

Three different wheel sets (KAMEI Type A, B or C) are available – in 20" or 22" with tyre size 275/40, 295/40 or 295/30 Conti4x4SportContact respectively.

Styling plus.

The powerful SUV optics of the Touareg is stylishly underlined by KAMEI with a front bar*, sport grille with expanded mesh (with small VW logo if desired), wheel arch spats* and side protection sills.

Sheer delights.

There is undiluted entertainment in KAMEI's electronic AutoTainment system for the Touareg: TFT monitors in the headrests, link to the display of the original VW navigation system, DVD player in the trunk, TV tuner and earphones with infrared transmission.
